Meet our team of experts
The CRNA Elevation team is comprised of Dr Derek Owens, DrAP, CRNA and Katy Dean, MSNA, CRNA who work as a team to bring you the most up to date, data driven education in regional pain techniques, modes of pain relief and more. Dr. Owens has been a practicing CRNA since 2009 with an extensive education background. Dr Owens also completed a fellowship in Acute Surgical Pain Management at Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia. Mrs. Dean has been a practicing CRNA since 2004. She too has an extensive background in education. She is currently enrolled in the USF Advanced Pain Management Fellowship. Together we strive to push beyond the foundations of traditional CRNA education in order to adequately prepare you for elevating your skill set to elevate your career.
